Suffering is what happens when we refuse to let go of what is no longer meant for us.
Free choice is our ability to choose to let go of what was no longer meant for us, or refuse to and suffer the consequences of holding too long for something that was not meant for us.
When we refuse to let go of our anger towards someone, we suffer for it. When we earn an income and do not donate at least 10% to someone in need, we suffer for it. When we refuse to divorce a partner even though it is clear the relationship is over, we suffer for it. When we refuse to release hostages that should have never been kidnapped in the first place, we suffer for it.
The choice to cling to stories that only bring pain and hurt into our lives, is a choice. The choice to not release the hostages, is a choice. The choice to keep treating Israel as if it does not have the most moral military in the world, is a choice, and the world is and will keep suffering for it.
In abusive relationships, there is usually one individual that can be seen as the abuser, and others that are the enablers. The abuser is the one inflicting the pain-causing-plan. The abuser can be hurting those around them while experiencing joy as they cause pain to their victim, or they can be a covert abuser, an “undercover” abuser, someone that presents themselves as the victim while the story told is that all those around are the true abusers, not him. This cover story allows the abuser to keep abusing the victim, while everyone tries to defend and protect the abuser himself.
When people step up and try to stop the abuser, while protecting the victim, the abuse is usually stopped. However, abusers tend to not rest, they seek new ways to inflict pain onto others; working from a deep psychological framework that overall says “my happiness is tied to someone else’s suffering.” Thus, abusers shift and transform, always evolving their stories, to ensure the suffering of others, so they can gain the joy they wish to have.
Enablers are those who stand by the sidelines, either doing nothing, or worse, believing the lies of the manipulator and helping the execution of these demonic desires and tendencies. The enablers allow the abuser to control what they should not be controlling. Hence, the enablers are actively, though knowingly, creating much more suffering for all involved. The abuser suffers from holding on to something they should be letting go of, and the victim from not only the abuse, but the attacks of the enablers.
This is the simple structure of abusive relationships. These patterns are predictable and repetitive. They are found in families, workplaces and in children and youth socialising circles.
When magnifying the scale of these structures, even good people can end up functioning as abusers, as they find themselves working for a system that inflicts abuse, as the actual abusers or as the enablers. Such systems can be social groups, extended families, organisations, political groups and even entire countries.
What is common to all these abusive systems, small or large, familial or political, is that they are cult-like social structures, which do not allow its participants to deviate or question the (usually) nobelly presented mission.
These cult-like groups usually present themselves as nobel, as no one in the western civilization will agree to follow and offer power and control to someone that blatantly says their goal is to inflict harm on others. So these abusers find ways to gift-wrap their sinister aims in words that the western world likes hearing. Virtue signaling and presenting themselves as good-doers, while actively causing harm to others.
This double standard is yet another typical characteristic of these types of groups; demanding perfect behaviour from their victim, while they themselves are allowed to be as despicable as possible. When confronted about the double standard, they will either ignore the issue, sidetrack the conversation, or deflect blame and turn on the other side, making it appear as the wrongdoer.
In World War Two, the Natzie party was a political group that was able to take over an entire country, and inflict suffering on millions of people. Hitler, an Austrian, was able to gain such popularity in Germany, but he would not have been able to cause such damage if it was not for his followers, his enablers, and an entire population that did not stand up against this power of evil when it was building up.
Yasser Araft was an Egyptian that was able to gain control over the open territories of Israel. Backed by the Arab League, he was the leader of the PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization). It is the Arab League and all their supporters in the western world that allowed him to turn these open lands into one of the worst global disasters - executed by enabling countries in the western world, led by the UN, all willing to support the virtuous cause of saving a people that did not even exist.
It does not matter how well intentioned a person, an organisation, or a country is, when supporting an abusive mission, even the kindest people turn themselves into enablers and abusers. And this is exactly what the Arab League, with the PLO did to the western world.
Hitler, with the twisted belief that the world should be cleansed of all impurities and that the Ariyan race is superior to all and therefore should be controlling the world, encouraged abuse and torture to millions of people. His specific obsession with killing all Jews led to the brutal death of over six million Jews. But do not error, while the Jews were the start and the main focus, it was not only Jews that Hitler targeted.
The Arab nations shared this passion -- the desire to kill all Jews (and for them too, Jews are a starting point, not the end goal). They refused to acknowledge the right of Israel to exist and manipulated reality to fit the lies they wished to spread around the world, with one intention, to gain the worlds’ support to help them implement their solution -- to kill, abuse and torture every Israeli and Jew, and take over the land they are living on.
The colonial government of England, which occupied the Transjordan area before Israel was established, chose to split the land between the people that were living there. England gave land to Jordan. England gave land to the Jewish Palestenians, and named it Israel -- to correct the attempt of erasing the Jewish connection to their native land. England offered part of the land to the Arab Palestinians, who refused the offer. There were no Palestinian people -- there were Jews and Arabs living in Palestine, which was known back then as Palestine-Israel. Palestine always was and always will be Israel and no amount of lies and manipulation will change that.
The Arab countries around Israel attacked Israel multiple times, trying to eliminate it and take over all its lands. When they saw they cannot defeat Israel with their armies, they shifted their strategy: “if Jews are tied to this land because of their history, we can simply create our own history and erase theirs.” This approach was designed to create a people that everyone can feel sorry for, present them as the victim and have the entire western world help the Arab League take Israel down. For this, they brought in an outsider, that was not even from the area, to become the leader of the new people.
The western world, including Israel, fell for this story. After all, we live by the values of allowing prosperity for all, helping others, and after WW2, everyone wanted to ensure no people is treated again in the way that the Jews, the Roma and other groups of people were targeted by the Natzi regime.
The Arab League should have learned to let go of what was no longer theirs. They were offered land, but refused it. They attacked Israel multiple times with the aim of conquering the entire country and killing all Jews, and they lost. They should have accepted defeat and let go of what was not theirs to control. But they chose to keep going, to keep weaving this massive web of lies.
The Jewish people are the only people that have ancestral roots to the land, and they go back over 2000 years. Any other people that live in the lands of Israel, regardless of which side of the Jordan river they sit, are there only because they belong to a colonial power, they are not native to the land. They are there because at some point their ancestors decided to try and conquer the area. Jews and Israelis never tried to force them out.
Colonial forces came and went, rose and fell, and the Jewish people have not lost their connection and right to live on their land - in Israel. The refusal of the Arab League nations to acknowledge this only brought more suffering to their own people, especially to those they named as the Palestinian people.
While the Arab League set the board for this chess board, it was the UN that caused the Palestinian people the most damage.
Around the world, any person that receives a refugee status, is then offered citizenship, allowing them to become a full part of the country they are living in. Their next generation is allowed to fully integrate into their new country, and are no longer considered refugees. However, the Palestenians are the only “people” that were not offered the ability to integrate into other countries properly. The UN set up, instead of a path towards citizenship and integration, a new citizenship called “the Palestinian refugee” -- a status they cannot lose which passes from generation to generation, only strengthening the lies and hate towards the true victim, the young Israeli nation that truly did nothing to start this hate cycle.
All refugee status around the world is taken care of by the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), but the Paletenians refugee status was handled by UNRAW, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees). According to this organisation, a palestinian never loses their refugee status. In fact, not only are they forever refugees who are eligible for the financial support from global tax paying citizens, their children and grandchildren, and great grandchildren, are still considered refugees and will still be allowed to receive all the benefits of a refugee even if they are living in other countries for multiple generations, even if they had build a flourishing life for themselves. You can be a millionaire and still receive Palestinian refugee status and UN aid.
The UNRAW definition of what a Palestinian refugee is, not only gave legitimacy to a story that was never true, it also created a dependency on a status-quo in which the Palestenians are forever treated as refugees. This takes the responsibility of an entire group of people to stop blaming others for their unfortunate situation and start working to build their lives and their communities. Instead, they were strengthening a lie that they have a just cause to keep attacking Israel.
Hitler inflicted an incomprehensible amount of suffering on all who were involved in his attempt to kill the Jews and all people who did not fit his mold. His refusal to let go of this vision was so demonic, that when he knew Germany was losing the war, he did not simply stop the killing of Jews in the death camps - he actually wanted to ensure that the killing keeps on going, so as many Jews are killed before they lose. The madness of the desire to inflict his verdict on the Jewish people overshadowed any rational thinking -- he just wanted the Jews dead, no matter what.
Yaser Araft, though he came with sweet words of peace in his mouth, his actions were of terror and torture. He ignited two intifadas (a war of endless terror attacks, each lasting several years), and pretended to desire peace, while the plan was always to take over the entire land of Israel. But the PLO was not Natzi Germany, and the Jewish people were no longer scattered and homeless -- we were back in our home land, and we were not going anywhere.
The Palestenians had multiple opportunities to let go of this fight, a fight that was no longer serving them. Yet they kept choosing to follow this line of abuse towards the Jewish and Israeli people. Aided by UNRAW, becoming the pet people of the UN and with weaving lies for the entire clueless western world, they had no problem being the abuser and orchestrating this epic world wide lie.
What happened next is extremely unfortunate. Israel, left to defend itself, and not backed by the UN -- an organisation that was created on the back of the horrors that the Jewish people and the world experienced in the two world wars; an organisation that quoted visions from the Jewish Bible was not coming to help. The UN chose to believe the gaslighting and “love-bombing” of the Arab League countries. The sob-stories of the poor Palestinian people blinded the west that was deeply desiring to help a people in need in a way they could not have done during WW2.
Israel had to invent new ways of fighting such cunning and abusive organisations of terror. As they infiltrated Israel and caused many deaths and much chaos, we built a wall to try and minimize their terror attacks. We were attacked by the UN and the world for building these protective walls. It did not matter what Israel was doing to protect its citizens, we were to blame -- the classic abuse victim, on a truly global scale.
It is true, Israel’s attempts to defend itself created more suffering for the Palestinian people. Those who were able to work in Israel before the world fell for this whole lie, were now not able to come in as easily to work in Israel. Israelis that used to visit and shop in their towns, were now unable to go there due to safety reasons. Israeli factories that provided work for those in the west bank were closed due to boycotts on Israel, causing more loss of work for the palestinians. As the terror attacks kept going and Israel tried to find more and more ways to stop the attacks, the hate of the Palestinian people towards Israel grew. This was their choice -- instead of demanding better government, they directed all their hate and abuse towards Israel.
Instead of focusing on building peaceful relationships, the PLO, with the support of the western world, was focusing on war and suffering. Believing their lies only made things worse for everyone involved.
We must understand that at a certain point we can no longer distinguish between the PLO, Hamas, and other terror organisations, and the Palestinian people. In Gaza, for example, it is the Gazan people who elected Hamas into government. This was their wish -- to elect a government that was focused on killing all Jews and Israelis. In the west bank it is their government that pays financial support to terrorists that attacked Jews and Israelis, instead of investing in the construction and improvement of their services.
It was Paletenain people that were celebrating in the streets when Israeli women were brutally raped, and young men were dragged bleeding and shot from a music festival into Gaza. It was Palestinian mothers, fathers and children who were celebrating the kidnapping of young children from their beds. It was Palestinian children in Gaza that were videoed hitting a young Israeli boy that was kidnapped all alone into the bloodthirsty mob of Gaza.
And yet, when the west chooses who to side with, it is not the kidnapped children, the raped murdered and abducted women, it is not the holocaust surviver that was brutally attacked and dragged into the death tunnels of Gaza -- no, the world chose to cry out for the same palestinian people who celebrated the worst atrocity humanity has seen since the holocaust.
What is most mind boggling, is that the people in Gaza were so proud of the killing, the torture, the death, that they actually filmed and posted it live on social media, they called their families to brag -- and the world stuck to the lies they provided rather than to side with the true victim in this story, Israel.
It is like believing that in the snow white story the queen trying to murder snow white is the good one. It is like reading Cinderella and thinking that the mean step-sisters and stepmother are the good ones, while Cinderella deserved to be treated so poorly. It is believing that Lex Luther is the real hero in the superman stories. It is believing that Voldemort is the true victim and not Harry Potter which he keeps trying to kill. It is believing that Frodo, the hobbit in Lord of the Rings, is the bad guy. It is believing that Darth Vader in Star Wars is the one that truly wants peace. It just makes no sense for the western world mindset, yet that is exactly what the west did.
Wars are bad. Too many people get hurt in wars. Too much damage is done at wars. Israel and the whole Jewish people know this more than any other people. We do not need to be lectured about it by the rest of the world. It is our history book that the majority of the world has based itself on. It is our Jewish values that are at the core of the success of the western world. It is quotes from our book that inspired the great leaders that created the successful flourishing and peaceful western societies that we see today. Do not lecture to us on the values that we understand better than you, the values that our religion and culture brought into the world.
Some say that because Israel is the only truly democratic country in the middle east region, it should be held to a higher standard -- using this rationale to justify the double standard of not expecting the Arabs to put their weapons down while demanding Israel does. That is not how wars work. The attacked side, defending itself, does not put their wopeans down before the attacker stops. Either they surrender, or we fight until they are no longer a threat.
If you attack us, we attack back. If you refuse to stop attacking us, we will take you out. You do not get to complain about the suffering that you are now having because you refuse to let go of what was not yours. When you refuse to stop fighting over something that is not yours, you need to be prepared to suffer the consequences of your actions. Israel is not a country to bully, not by the abuser and not by their enablers.
What the world seems to not understand is that Israelis and Jews, as a whole, do hold themselves to a higher standard. The IDF (Israeli Defence Force) works according to ethical laws that are not only based on international law, but on the ethics of our fathers. When our enemies come to kill us they pray to kill as many of us as they can, and they celebrate as they do. When we go to war, we pray we will not need to kill anyone, and cry if we do. Our army, on any measure, is the most ethical one in the world. The lies and attempts to come after our soldiers and after our leaders are shameful and a disgrace for the entire western civilization.
When our enemy, like in the holocaust, only wishes for our death, it is not us seeking war, it is them coming and demanding war. We are only protecting our ability to live peacefully. Peace is all Israel had ever wanted. It is what we still want. And yet, our enemy makes it impossible, and the entire western world, falling for their lies, is enabling their murderous mission.
On Friday, Nov. 13, 2015, France experienced a massive terror attack. “Beginning at 21:16, three suicide bombers struck outside the Stade de France in Saint-Denis, during an international football match, after failing to gain entry to the stadium. Another group of attackers then fired on crowded cafés and restaurants in Paris, with one of them also detonating an explosive, killing himself in the process. A third group carried out another mass shooting and took hostages at an Eagles of Death Metal concert attended by 1,500 people in the Bataclan theatre, leading to a stand-off with police. The attackers were either shot or detonated suicide vests when police raided the theatre.”
No one complained about France needing to use police force and shoot the attackers in the concert. If the police would not have been able to get the hostages out after several hours, days, weeks, months -- would they have simply given up and walked away? Would they start providing food to the hostages to make sure they are not malnourished while they are holding concert goers hostage?
What would you do if they would run through a Woodstock style festival, attacking, raping, and kidnapping all they can on the way?
What would you do if on the morning of the New Year, when the whole family is still in their beds, all tired from a late night celebration, these attackers would break into your city and burn down your entire neighbourhood, murdering, abusing and kidnapping everyone you know?
What if both those things happened at the same time, while they are firing rockets at the rest of your country?
What if all those they kidnapped from the festival and from your neighbourhood were held by them for not a day, not a month, not a year -- for over a year and a half?
What if they would convince the entire world that it is you that is not being reasonable for not stopping the war, when in fact, all they needed to do from day one was to simply let all the hostages come back home.
What would you do if their manipulation and evil twisted ways are using their own people as human shields, knowing that you will have to kill people just to get your people back.
Stopping the fight now means one thing: they learn that this method of evil abuse and insanity works. The world cannot let that become the new normal. There is not one country in the western civilization that wants this to become the new normal. There is not one country in the west that should stand against the insane position Israel was put in.
The suffering of the people of Gaza is massive. It is horrible. There is no arguing with that. No one in the western world wants to see innocent people suffering, regardless of where they live. And yet, neglecting to understand that there is a larger story at play here leaves all of us vulnerable to a future filled with terror wars that none of us want to live in.
If there is one thing Israel knows very well, it is that no matter what you believe in, if we do not face this now, once and for all, through the pain, through the darkness, through the massive challenge we were forced to face -- it will definitely get worse, not only for Israel, but for the entire world. It does not get better without fighting them to the ground. So we do the devastating work of facing this now, before it gets worse, and if we do not stop this force of evil, it will get worse -- it really can get so much worse for every western country.
The illusion that this is a local fight is only an illusion. The illusion that this is not a world war is only an illusion. The illusion that the only battle going on is the battle in Gaza is only an illusion. This is a fight for the western civilization. This is a fight for allowing psychopathic beliefs and systems to take over our values and our minds. It is a war of how we will no longer be manipulated. It is a war to not be used as enablers of abusive governments and people. It is a fight for our minds to be able to differentiate between a true victim and the illusion of a victim. It is a fight for the truth. It is a fight for what is truly right, not what appears to be right.
The only ones in Gaza that their suffering is not of their own doing, are not the terror organisations and it is not the Gazans who were celebrating with candies on the streets as these murderous acts were being done. The only ones that are the true victims in Gaza are the hostages. Over a year and a half, they are being starved, abused, psychologically and physically tortured in the worst of ways. Yet no humanitarian aid was given to them, not even once in over a year and half. Yet those who elected the government that kidnapped them are being cared for by the world (and even by Israel).
It seems like the world has no ability to differentiate between the victim and the abuser, between good and bad, between right and wrong.
Shame on a world that so easily condemns the one country that offers rescue and aid to any country around the world. Israel has proven over and over how we cherish life by sending our elite rescue teams to any natural disaster around the globe -- even countries that are considered as Israel’s enemies. Now, with such ease, the entire world assumes that we are the bad ones and that we do not live each and every moment according to the value of holding dear the sanctity of life.
The Jewish faith teaches that every single human should be considered as an entire universe. Saving one life is as if you saved an entire universe. We live this belief. We believe this deeply. Each and every one of us is an entire universe. Holocaust survivors, pogrom survivors, riot survivors -- they came and tried to kill us again and again. Even if from entire families and legacies only one person survived, that one person built an entire new world. That is who we are -- the Jewish people. This is how we see the world.
The Nova Music festival that Hamas massacred people celebrating in it, was much like the famous Woodstock Festival; a celebration of peace, love, love of life and love of nature. The people who were murdered there, and those who were taken hostage, were the type of people that only wanted peace and love -- and the world conveniently stays silent.
When the hostages are kept underground, in tunnels of hell, how easy it is for the world to forget to care about them. With a globe that has a shrinking attention span, it is not surprising that what is not visible and in front of our face, is something we so easily forget and neglect. The hostages underground are allowed to stay there in their suffering without any serious outcry from the world -- nothing more than a few platitudes. But the outcry for the visible (by design) Palestinians who are used as human shields by their own elected government is the uproar we cannot stop hearing about.
Where is the ongoing outcry of musicians from all over the world? Where is the outcry of every government who ever suffered a terror attack? Where is the outcry of every citizen of the western world that has had enough with the evil that these forces are trying to root in your countries? Do you still not understand the magnitude of the danger the entire western civilization is under? Do you still not understand how the entire west was manipulated to become enablers of true forces of evil?
The call we need to hear from you is to release all the Israeli hostages -- now!
It needs to be said by everyone. It needs to be said everywhere. There is not one conversation, not one song, not one lecture, not one film, not one video, not one government meeting that should start without saying “release all the Israeli hostages -- now!”
This is a global problem. The Israeli hostages still in Gaza -- this is a price the entire western world is going to pay for.
These hostages went to celebrate life and have been taken into the very tunnels of hell and left there to be tortured for more than a year and half while the world cries for Israel to stop. Stop what?
We will never stop fighting for our children. We will never stop fighting for our people, for every single one. And our enemy knows this -- they are using this very virtue of ours against us, and to manipulate the entire world against us -- wake up!
Stop being fooled by the forces of evil. It is just a simple choice for you to use your words: call outloud, everywhere, all the time, until they are released -- let all the Israeli hostages come home, today, without any conditions. No one around the world should be having any communications with Hamas. No support. No funds. They need to be pressured to release the hostages.
Pressuring Israel to stop fighting for its people only makes you an enemy of Israel. Think very well if you wish to be on the side of good, or not. History is being written now -- choose your side. Help us get our people back.
Let our people go!
