Layers of pain,

Surfaces of anguish,

Sheets of darkness, 

Conceal me in a thicket of illusions.

All solutions are within me,

My conclusions are Your truths,

Resolutions of committing,

Lead me in Your path - reveal me. 

I will fight my war for You,

I will shed my skins to Light,

I will expose my pain to sight, 

For You have asked me to ignite; dormant woes and sorrows of the night.

As I am naked and exposed, 

I will not fear their glances,

All these shameful evil words, 

Cannot reach past Your protection.

As I speak words of my truths,

I will lean on You for strength,

Realities You had shown me,

They are my only comforting embrace. 

You will shine Your light on me,

Your brilliance in me will quiver,

As You pull me closer to Your core,

An overflow of a bright darkness; within You, within me.

Your warmth, Your safety and Your winds,

through skin will penetrate my being,

For Your love will be my guide,

With You, hear me; there will be no need to hide.

If only Your guidance will strengthen me,

If only Your fire will consume my fears,

If only Your clouds could hide my tears,

I will run in Your paths towards a future of peace.

Please, G-d, accept this humble prayer,

Please, G-d, take my offering of love and care,

Please, G-d, remove the choices from my hands,

Please, G-d, make it so I have no choice but to fulfil Your plan. 

May all the beauty You have shown come forth,

May all the power in Your storm bring new life,

May all the changes You have planned come alive,

And may I, please G-d, be strong - enough. 

I speak words; my truths,

and lean on You for strength,

As You pull me closer to Your union,

Your warmth, Your safety and Your winds;

Embrace me.
